FINISHES & WASHING

Often overlooked by others, our parts are not complete until they have gone through our finishing and washing department. With a variety of vibratory, tumbling and polishing systems we can make an already good surface finish even better. The final operation before packaging is a wash through our Dürr Ecoclean parts washing system. This is a hydrocarbon based washing machine with integrated ultrasonics, vapor degreasing and vacuum drying. This level of cleaning is essential to many of our customers, and enables our plating suppliers to deliver the best possible results.
