WE EXCEED CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS

In the spring of 2008, the engineering team from one of our customer partners approached us looking for assistance to capture two new projects.

Not only were there two projects, they were to be produced concurrently and required performance levels never achieved in their product design before. Both were for emission control systems which were already in the field and not in compliance with the 2007 regulations.

Their customer needed a fix, and fast. We bid the initial design and had a teleconference for design review shortly thereafter. Suggestions for design performance, manufacturing and inspection verification were discussed and the first samples shipped within three weeks.

The initial product testing showed more changes were required, and we worked together with our customer and their customer to get the desired results, within budget in the shortest time possible.
