The People make or break an organization. We are blessed with a dedicated group of skilled craftsman with years of experience - several have 20+ years with our company. We offer a world-class manufacturing facility which is kept at 70 degrees all the time, it is well lit, smoke free and clean. Our Midwest values and ethics have been handed down for generations from the Old World craftsmen who settled in southern Wisconsin.

We have a well-established group of sub-contractors for processes like heat treating, plating and centerless grinding. These are organizations of character and integrity who understand quality and customer service. This allows our customers "one stop" shopping, reducing their inventory days on hand and increasing cash flow. We have embraced "Green" practices and recycle all our oils, metals and mineral spirits.

We are part of our community and support many local programs .We have been a regular supporter of the Paul P. Carbone Comprehensive Cancer Center at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Great things do not happen without research funding.

Because we employ world class practices, equipment and people, we seek to be the integrated supplier of choice. Working closely with our customers' engineering and production teams, we provide cost reduction suggestions when involved in the design process. We treat our employees and sub-contractors as we wish to be treated.

Our Customer Service Representatives have a combined 60+ years of service with our company. They know our customers and business inside and out. When you call, you will be greeted by a real person not a "auto-attendant" wasting your time.

We offer many of our larger customers inventory management systems; we monitor inventory levels and use pull-based shipments daily.

We understand surface finish and how important is it to the function of every customer's parts. For the cleanest of parts, we use Dürr Ecoclean parts washing system with vapor degreasing and ultrasonics. A variety of finishing systems enhance surface finish, deburr sharp edges and polish parts.
