WHAT’S NEW

While we were founded in 1982 and focused on CAM-actuated Swiss screw machines, we have continued to invest in new equipment and training. In 2008, $1.5 million in new capital equipment arrived in the building to keep up with increasing demand for complex, high value applications. This included four Tsugami Swiss type CNC lathes, one 2" capacity Miyano ABX-51SY lathe and a Mitotoyo Roundtest device to check part roundness into the millionths.

In 2009 we continued to invest in new equipment with the addition of a second Miyano ABX-51SY and 3 Tsugami BE12-V machines. It is managements responsibility to support ongoing investment in equipment, technology and people to better serve our customer base.

Our employees understand the need for life-long learning, many have participated in training for the latest ISO 9001:2008 standard. Afterward our staff spent several months reviewing our quality management system to improve its effectiveness. Others have attended technical and management training programs through our partnership with the PMPA. Our President Mike Reader attended a PMPA Management Update where he served as the Conference Chair. We continue to encourage our staff to attend Industry technical and management training.

We are unveiling a new marketing program to enable our customers to better understand our value-based approach to manufacturing.
