Precision Plus is blessed with a dedicated group of nearly 100 skilled precision manufacturing men and women with many years of experience. Our team respects and upholds not only Midwest values and ethics, but also “Old World” craftsmanship principles that have been handed down for generations.

Through collaborative engagement/early supplier involvement (ESI) with our clients, our Application Engineering team can help develop the most cost-effective solutions to deliver ultimate performance and value. Our professional Client Services group, with support from our knowledgeable Production team, provides timely responses, delivers quality products on time and at a fair price.

We have a well-established group of approved sub-contractors for other production processes such as heat treating, plating, centerless grinding, and more. These are organizations of character and integrity who understand quality and service.

Precision Plus offers inventory management programs for our clients, whereby inventory levels are monitored by our team and finished components are shipped as needed.

Precision Plus is a world-class manufacturing facility that is kept at a continuous 70-degree temperature, it is well lit, smoke-free, and clean. We have embraced “green” practices and recycle all our oils, metals, and mineral spirits.

Community Support and Education

Precision Plus plays an active role in our southeastern Wisconsin community and is proud to support many local engagement and outreach programs. Contributions toward the manufacturing wing at the Gateway Technical College-Elkhorn Campus and research funding for the Carbone Cancer Center at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, are a couple examples of ongoing investments in our community.

Precision Plus puts an emphasis on educating local, state, and national stakeholders on all things manufacturing: the importance of, career opportunities, workforce development initiatives, and pertinent legislative issues. In addition, we are a leader in educating the next generation on opportunities in this new landscape of high-tech manufacturing careers.
