To address this need we have aligned with the Japanese machine tool builder Miyano to deliver extremely complex turned/milled parts at a great value. With these machines, we can produce parts up to 2-1/2” in diameter and 15” inches in length.
Helping us hold tolerances as tight as +/- 0.0001” is the German-made, super-precision Hainbuch colleting system. Fitted with the latest technology in High-Pressure coolant pumps delivering up to 1,000 PSI right to the cutting tips of the tooling. This allows us to run the difficult materials, controlling chips better and utilizing the very best in coolant-through drills up to 30x diameter.

To address capacity constraints in the ¾” to 2” diameter part range, we explored the latest updates in the Miyano equipment line and discovered the newly introduced BNX-51MSY. The Mitsubishi controller enables superimposition of operations to deliver cycle times like a twin turret machine, for a fraction of the cost. While the controller is different, the machine utilizes the same Hainbuch colleting system and all the same tooling as the Miyano ABX platforms. This strategy of consolidated platform groups enables us compete in this very cost competitive environment we all live within.
